Usage policies
This Document outlines the terms between the use of chabaddch.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), the Platform Management (hereinafter the “Management”) and the platform users (hereinafter the “User”). Upon acceptance of this Document, the User:- Affirms that they have thoroughly read and understood the terms of this Document. Guarantees that they are a minimum of 18 years old. Assumes individual accountability for the nature of information and materials posted by them on the Platform, and for maintaining the safety and secrecy of the data required for their authentication on the Platform. Commits to utilizing the Platform in alignment with the prevailing and relevant laws in this domain. Pledges to respect other users of the Platform and its Management, and not disrupt the Platform's regular operations.
User conduct
The User:
- Promises not to publish offensive language, defamatory comments or explicit expressions.
- Commits to not expose other users to pornographic or any unethical content, including explicit personal images.
- Pledges not to share materials that exhibit or encourage cruelty, terror, or violence, or offend human dignity, or any materials that violate the law.
- Assures not to mistreat, discriminate, or oppress other users based on gender, race, nationality, or any other differential factors.
- Commits not to mislead other Users by intentionally providing false information about themselves, or stalk, harass, or persistently try to establish contact with other Users when they have expressed a clear disinterest.
- Promises not to use the Platform for spreading promotional or illicit propaganda materials.
- Assures not to compel other Users to visit other websites or seek communication through other dating platforms, social networks, and forums.
Platform management rights
The Management reserves the right to:
- Make changes to the Platform at any given moment.
- Offer both paid and complimentary services to users (referred to as “Services” henceforth).
- Suspend users from the Platform if they are found seeking/offering intimate relationships/services or offering/seeking "sponsorship", without providing a refund.
- Limit access to the Platform, partially or fully, for Users who violate this Document or other Platform regulations, or disrupt the Platform’s operations.
Limitation of liability
The Management does not bear responsibility:
- For the content and veracity of materials posted by users.
- For any harm, damage, data loss, or other adverse effects endured by any person during their use of the Platform, including mobile communications and other telecommunications.
- For violations committed by the User of copyright or other third-party rights by posting materials that contradict the applicable laws (including copyright laws) to the Platform.
